With spring in the air, dreams of summer nights on a deck will soon be a reality! Check out the Psicomagia home in Uruguay – built with great deck space using both stone and wood, with great accents like outdoor fireplaces, great views and multiple entrances to the house.
Another smart design feature – in order to take advantage of the great views, the house was designed with the bedrooms on the bottom level, and the social rooms on the top level so that the views can be enjoyed where you spend most of your time.
Not only are big windows in the kitchen a good idea to bring in natural light and create a sense of space (especially with that view), but this house was designed so that one of the windows opens up to be a bar, with bar stools sitting outside on the deck.
