Rob has spent his working life in various areas of the Real Estate Industry, experiences that have been an important factor in his success today. Beginning with his degree in Urban Geography from UBC, Rob then spent years collaborating with worldwide design and development firms through the family business, and forayed this experience into a successful marketing venture, bringing The Real Estate Book – a magazine focused on marketing properties for Developers and Realtors – to the Lower Mainland. After five years of hard work and perseverance, Rob sold the successful magazine to become a full-time Real Estate Agent, allowing him to be a part of the Real Estate process from start to finish.
Over the last decade, Rob, along with his business partner Ben Chimes, built what was the #1 RE/MAX Team in Vancouver (based on Dollar Volume). Individually, Rob achieved RE/MAX’s top International Award four years in a row, solidifying his status as one of the best in the industry. With over 1000 deals under his belt, Rob has also been a part of a number of successful developments in Vancouver and Whistler working with some of the City’s top Architects and Developers.
What is Rob’s key to success in the competitive Vancouver Real Estate market? Through old fashioned hard work, honesty, and truly being a good guy who holds his client’s best interest at heart.
